One Year Diploma in Customer Service Management

The UG Diploma in Customer Service Management provides a study of how customer service managers make informed decisions regarding organization, planning, operating procedures, management, and allocation of limited resources.

The students will be able to apply key concepts in customer service planning and management and will be able to analyze the relationship of customer service activities and procedures to the overall organization. In this course a student will be able to learn the basics of management, economics & accountancy, fundamentals of establishing & maintaining the customer relationship.
